Questions
What merchants usually ask.
Does AI publish to my products on its own?
No. There is never auto-publish of AI changes (copy, vision, or photos). You review and apply in the embedded Admin before writing to Shopify.
What spends a credit?
Three pools that do not mix. AI: 1 credit = 1 copy/SEO enrich. Vision: read packaging for SKU/GTIN (does not generate photos). AI photos: 1 credit = 1 catalog photo (5 presets). Icecat/Open Facts import, Health, and Boost = 0 credits. Photos have no overage (Free 0 / Basic 5 / Premium 40).
Do Icecat or Open Facts cost extra?
No. They are included in the plan. Importing suggested photos from those sources spends no credits. This is not a separate connector or a multi-thousand-euro PIM.
How is vision different from an AI photo?
Vision reads the pack (OCR/GTIN) and flags a photo that does not match the listing. AI photo creates a catalog image from a preset. Separate pools: vision does not generate photos; photos do not read the pack.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing runs through Shopify Billing. Basic and Premium include a 14-day trial. Cancel whenever you want from Plans or Shopify Admin.
Is Free enough to try for real?
Yes: 100 products, sync, Health, Master, Icecat/Open Facts, photo import (0 credits), category, collections, and Boost. 5 AI copy credits. No vision, AI photos, or batch — those start on Basic/Premium.
